Terms and Conditions – Drew_Out Coaching

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all coaching and training services provided by Drew_Out Coaching – Andrei Urziceanu, particularly in the areas of personal training and online coaching.
No direct booking or payment is made through the website. All services are agreed upon individually following a free initial consultation.

2. Booking via Calendly

The free initial consultation can be scheduled using the integrated Calendly booking tool on the website.

This appointment is solely intended for establishing contact and providing an initial consultation.

Only after this conversation – and with mutual agreement – will a personalized coaching offer be made.

Booking a time slot does not constitute a binding coaching contract.

3. Appointment Cancellations

Scheduled consultations or coaching sessions are considered binding.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to consider the session as attended or to decline future appointments.

4. Health & Personal Responsibility

Participation is at your own risk.

It is strongly recommended that you undergo a medical check-up before starting any training or coaching program.

Clients are required to inform the coach of any health conditions or risks in advance.

5. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

No liability is assumed for damages resulting from the client’s own mistakes, disregard of instructions, or incomplete information.

6. Data Protection

Personal data, especially health-related data, is treated strictly confidentially and used solely for personalized coaching purposes.

7. Copyright

All content provided by the coach (training plans, checklists, videos, texts, etc.) is protected by copyright.
Any distribution, publication, or commercial use is only permitted with prior written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

In accordance with § 36 VSBG: We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the provider’s registered location: Munich, Germany.

10. Changes to These Terms

The provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customers will be informed in due time of any changes. The version published on the website shall always be considered the binding version.
